2 oz Oregon Spirit Dry Gin.5 oz grenadine.5 oz lemon juice.75 oz egg white. Add all ingredients to a dry shaker. Shake until frothy. Add small scoop of ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
